Many of us fear the plank, in fact the core workouts put together. Maybe because they are difficult or take a lot out of you at once. But here’s a small trick to overcome that fear; start with doing a bit of it everyday and keep increasing the intensity every 2-3 days, as the benefits of planking everyday for 1 minute is immense.
